CheckTrakt has always been my goto Trakt syncing app on my iOS device - the new update just made it even more clear! The developer had such a fast turn around and still managed to make improvements on top of rebuilding with a new API. Huge props and keep up the great work!

Just needs a way to highlight new/unwatched tv episodes.

A lot of the previous problems have been solved . The dev is really good at listening to feedback

Great improvements following the updated Trakt API! Love the UI and quick buttons for logging shows after Ive already watched them.

As said in a previous review...great job on listening to the feedback and great updates. However, I am still not seeing a way to see current, upcoming episodes as we were able to before. Thanks

Nice to finally have a reliable app to use Trakts service. Update: I have changed my review from 3 of 5 to 5 of 5, since they have added air dates to episode listings. As well as being able to mark entire seasons. Would still be nice to mark entire shows however I think that is more of an intro to Trakt user feature than something the app is really missing. I am starting to notice some API/Server issues again, I realize that has more to do with Trakt.tv than the app itself though. So I wont let that affect my review just yet. I use this app every day, when it isnt having any API/Server issues its the best app out there for this service. Hopefully the dev can stay on top of that.

With a little refinement this app would be five stars. The performance is rock solid compared to the competition. Ive noticed a few hiccups but those seem to be more likely related to the Trakt API. All the Trakt management functionality you could want is here as well. You can mark programs as watched, edit your collection and watch list. My only complaint is that the UI could use a little work. Its not bad by any means but lacks customizability. Id also love the addition of a list view and badges to indicate unwatched programs. Notifications of upcoming episodes would also be a welcome addition. All in all a really good piece of software. As an application to simply manage your Trakt account it is nearly flawless. However, for an app that seems to position itself as a todo list for Trakt, it lacks traditional/familiar todo list functionality.

The last update was a huge improvement, only a few tidbits remain: - Trackt apparently doesnt know which shows have been canceled (eg. Alphas), the Next Up view shows way too many shows. Limiting it to shows that havent been watched entirely would be the easiest fix (as a replacement for the option). - The translucent banners in the TV guide flicker when scrolling for some shows (iPhone 6, latest iOS, eg. Simpsons S26E18). Also, the font could be darker and the rows smaller. The view is a great addition, though.

I can’t seem to find an app that understands how to track shows properly. Why would I want to see shows that I have already watch or have ended? Seems like this should be basic functionality for any tv taking app.

One of the bests out there, specially for iOS where everything related to tv shows is overpriced. NextUp functionality is awesome. Thats exactly what I needed. A fast and easy way to check in and mark as viewed. Turns my life a lot easier!

There have been some great improvements, especially the NextUp section. Its nice to see an overview of what episode you need to watch next. My only issue is that the animation that shows the show completion stat causes that section to be very jittery as you scroll through it. It also makes it difficult to scroll quickly to the bottom.

The Discover section does not bring up new shows or movies out along with search with same unresponsiveness. Otherwise it had been working fine.

Awful UC, no way to mark a whole series as viewed, must do it one season at a time. Many other examples like this...

I recently setup my parents with Kodi and Trakt and this is the best app they used to manage their media. It is very easy to use. Thanks for your hard work. Great app!

This app feels and looks like its built during the 70s (well you know what I mean). It lacks show/movie information, you cant even find the basic info on the app itself but rather brings you to external site (through safari) if you want more information. What a bummer! They should have allowed users to try it for free before purchasing. Sneaky!

Great app! Easy to use. Clean interface. Great for tracking your binge watching progress. Recommendations to the developer. 1. Add a "pause" button to watch listed shows. This will allow us to narrow the next up view down to the shows Were currently enjoying, but still flag the shows we want to get to. Then add season premier comments in watchlist view so we know when to un-pause the series. 2. With so many of us cord cutters out there, consider adding the channel/station to the show detail so we can find it in the on line world. 3. Finally, add option to hide shows that are "check back next season" from the next up view. Again, cut down the clutter so I can see the shows Im actively integrated in tracking at a glance. I use a different app which is not nearly as nice as CheckTrakt, but has these features to help track the series Im actively watching at a glance.

update: great addition of peek and pop and ability to hide shows! hope dark mode comes next update! simple and elegant interface that is easy to use and blends with ios ui. supports both movies and series in one app unlike others that you need a separate app for one.
